These Digital Download Terms apply to all digital products purchased, downloaded, streamed or accessed through DAV Strains Workroom. By purchasing, downloading, streaming or accessing any digital product from davstrains.com, you agree to these terms.

DAV Strains Workroom is a premium creative platform offering original music, novels, short stories, films, templates, systems and other digital creative resources.

Digital Products

Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are usually delivered by download link, website access, membership account access, streaming access, email confirmation or order confirmation page. Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.

Music Downloads

Music purchased from DAV Strains Workroom is sold as a digital download for personal listening only unless a separate commercial licence is agreed in writing. Buying a song download does not give you ownership of the copyright or master recording.

Books, Short Stories and Written Content

Books, novels and short stories remain the intellectual property of the author and DAV Strains Workroom. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, adapt, upload or resell any written content without written permission.

Templates and Digital Systems

Templates and systems may be used for your own personal, creative or business use, depending on the product description. You may not resell, repackage, redistribute or present DAV Strains Workroom templates or systems as your own original products.

Download Limits

Membership Access
