Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products sold by DAV Strains Workroom, including hard copy books, printed materials and any other physical items that may be offered through davstrains.com. Most products sold on DAV Strains Workroom are digital products and do not require shipping.
Digital Products
Digital products are not shipped physically. This includes:
- Music downloads
- Ebooks and PDF novels
- Short story downloads
- Templates and digital systems
- Membership access and streaming content
Digital products are delivered by download link, account access, email confirmation or website access immediately after payment.
Physical Products
Where physical products are available, shipping charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Physical products may include hard copy books, printed stories, printed resources and branded physical items where available.
Shipping Costs
Hard copy books are sold excluding shipping unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs depend on customer location, delivery method, product weight, packaging requirements and the courier or postal service used. Final shipping costs may be calculated at checkout or confirmed separately before the order is completed.
Processing Time
Physical orders are normally processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise. Pre-orders, custom items or print-on-demand products may take longer.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the destination and courier or postal service used. Estimated delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, weather or operational disruptions and international shipping delays.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges or clearance fees required by their country. DAV Strains Workroom is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, returned or lost because incorrect delivery details were provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at davstrains@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and delivery details. We will review the issue and advise on the next steps.
Returns of Physical Products
Returns for physical products may be considered where the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Items must be returned in reasonable condition unless the product arrived damaged. Digital products cannot be returned.
