Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting DAV Strains Workroom. DAV Strains Workroom sells digital creative products, including music downloads, ebooks, short stories, templates, digital systems and membership-based access. Because most of our products are digital and delivered immediately, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to both customers and the business.
Digital Downloads
All digital download sales are final once the file, download link or digital access has been delivered. This includes:
- Music downloads
- Short story and novel PDF downloads
- Digital templates and systems
- Creative resources and any other downloadable digital product
We do not normally offer refunds for digital products after purchase because the customer receives immediate access to the product.
Membership Subscriptions
Paid memberships provide access to premium content such as music streaming, books, stories, films, systems and other member resources. You may cancel your membership at any time from your membership account area, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund previous payments already made for access that has been provided.
When a Refund May Be Considered
We may consider a refund only in limited circumstances, including:
- You were charged twice for the same order by mistake
- You paid but did not receive access to the product or membership
- The download link is broken and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- The product was incorrectly described in a significant way
- There was a proven technical error caused by our website or payment system
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not normally be granted where:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You no longer want the product after downloading it
- You forgot to cancel a membership before renewal
- You expected commercial rights where only personal-use rights were included
- Your device, browser or internet connection prevents you from using the product, unless the issue is caused by our website
Personal Use and Commercial Use
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all digital products sold on DAV Strains Workroom are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, remix, reproduce, license or commercially exploit our digital products without written permission. Commercial licences may be available separately on request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at davstrains@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your full name and email address used for the order
- Your order number
- The product or membership purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Any screenshots or evidence of the issue
We aim to respond within 3–5 working days.
Payment Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and your bank.
