Digital Download Terms

Last updated: 10 September 2026

What can be downloaded

Where an approved downloadable edition is offered, a PDF and/or EPUB may become available after a completed one-off purchase of that specific novel or short story. A subscription does not automatically create a downloadable copy unless the product page expressly says that it does.

Music

Moods are stream-only on Books&Moods. Music is not sold or provided as a downloadable file through the service.

Personal licence

A purchased download is for the purchaser's personal use. You may keep personal copies on your own devices, but you may not share, upload, redistribute, resell, publish or make the file available to other people.

Secure download links

Download links may be personal, time-limited and single-purpose. Where the service allows it, a new link can be requested from Account → Purchases while the purchase remains valid. Do not share the generated link.

File formats and devices

The available format is shown with the relevant title. Compatibility depends on your device and reading software, so check the stated format before purchase.

Problems with a download

If an approved file is missing, corrupt or cannot be accessed after a completed purchase, contact info@davstrains.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.
