Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring membership through Account → Billing. Unless Stripe shows a different effective date before you confirm, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Plan changes

If you change membership plan, Stripe shows the price, any credit or prorated charge, and when the change takes effect before you confirm it. The amount shown by Stripe at confirmation is the amount that applies to that change.

One-off purchases

If a novel or short story is offered as a one-off purchase, access is normally granted after successful payment. If a purchased item cannot be accessed, a duplicate charge occurs, the item is materially misdescribed, or you believe you are otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact info@davstrains.com.

How to request help

Please include the email address used for your Books&Moods account, the title or membership concerned, and enough information for us to identify the transaction. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
