Books&Moods

Books&Moods is the digital reading and music service available at davstrains.com. It provides original novels and short stories for reading, together with music experiences called Moods.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in details secure. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred or resold.

Access and membership

Free access includes the published sample for each title. Paid access depends on the membership plan shown at checkout and in your account. Individual novels and short stories may also be offered for one-off purchase. A purchase or subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content through Books&Moods for private use.

Content rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the text, artwork, music, branding and other material made available through Books&Moods are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, republish, scrape, systematically extract, bypass access controls, or make protected content available to another person without permission.

Moods

Moods are provided for streaming as part of the relevant membership access. Music is not sold as a download through Books&Moods.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Books&Moods available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may carry out maintenance, correct errors, improve features, update the catalogue or withdraw content where reasonably necessary. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, defeat technical restrictions, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, or use Books&Moods in a way that infringes another person's rights or breaks applicable law.

Payments, subscriptions and downloads

Paid membership is subject to our Subscription Terms. One-off digital files are subject to our Digital Download Terms. Refund information is set out in our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
